the staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in pleasant, despite a slight wait. the location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants, and we appreciated the option of room service from the pub next door, which was a nice bonus after a long day. overall, the experience met our needs for the short visit.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to our comfort. The large rooms offered plenty of space for our family. the hotel’s proximity to local attractions like Penrith Panthers and the Nepean Naval & Maritime Museum made for enjoyable family outings. While there were a few minor inconveniences, our experience was ultimately positive.

The hotel offers plenty of food that was excellent! The rooms are new-fashioned and huge. The venue is situated in the central location close to the area I wanted to go shopping. The bets part that it's close to everything, including restaurants in walking distance and stadium and Close to a restaurant.

The bathrooms are cold.

For this reason, I chose Quality Inn for its close proximity to the museum. What truly surprised me was the excellent amenities offered at the hotel; the complimentary wireless Internet access made it easy to research local attractions.

My room was tucked away next to the laundry room, and I encountered a swarm of mosquitoes after returning late one night. the noise from the laundry machines made it difficult to sleep, and I found the sheets to be quite scratchy.
